During an accepted mission, updates can be provided at key operational points: pickup, airport, export, boarding, arrival, import and final delivery. Existing broker apps, dispatch workflows or email updates can remain the primary communication channel.
ETA to pickup, arrival at pickup location and pickup completed.
En route to the airport, airport arrival, check-in and export/customs status where relevant.
Boarding, departure, flight landed and relevant routing updates.
Immigration, shipment retrieval, import status and ETA to final delivery.
Delivery completed, POD or handover confirmation according to the agreed workflow.
If required and agreed in advance, a tracking device or live-location workflow can support shipment visibility.
Close status updates along the agreed mission workflow.
German passport, German and English language, airline status across major alliances, selected travel authorizations, BahnCard 50 and international phone roaming.
